Grades are yours to define by score band, Cold, Warm and Hot, and each grade can mark the lead as Marketing Qualified and set its CRM priority stars so hot leads jump out in the pipeline. A score breakdown on each lead lists every rule that fired and the points it added, so the number is always explainable. Scores recompute when the fields behind your rules change, and a nightly batch keeps the whole pipeline current.
