CODEerts is a team of certified Odoo experts and full-stack software engineers based in Pakistan, serving clients globally. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us through this website, and how we use it.

We only collect the information you choose to share with us. When you use our contact form or email us directly, that typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name, if you provide it
  • The message and project details you send

We do not ask for, or require, sensitive personal information to respond to a general enquiry.

How we use it

We use the information you send for a simple reason, to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to deliver the services we agree on. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Lawful basis and consent

When you submit the contact form or email us, you are giving your consent for us to use the details you provided to reply and follow up on your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. The information you send stays with our team and is used only to respond to you and serve your project.

Cookies

This website uses minimal, essential cookies only. We do not run invasive tracking or advertising profiles. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time without breaking the parts of the site you came here to read.

Data retention

We keep the information you send for only as long as we need it, to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you engaged us for. After that, we remove it on request or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email sales@codeerts.com and we will action it.
