We are an Odoo certified team of developers and full stack engineers, delivering ERP implementations and 113 apps published on the Odoo Apps Store. We are not running an open hiring round at the moment, and we still read every application that reaches us.

What we look for

Three things, consistently.

Odoo is easy to write and expensive to inherit, so we hire for the part that shows up two versions later.

Framework depth

You know why Odoo does something, not only that it does. Inheritance over replacement, access rights written on purpose, and an override that calls super.

Ownership

You take a requirement from the first question to a live deployment, and you are still the person who answers for it at the next upgrade.

Written clarity

Most of our work is explained before it is built. Being able to write down a design a client can actually read is not a soft skill here, it is the job.
