Company-Wise Stages Helpdesk extends the Company-Wise Stages module to the Helpdesk app. It adds a Company field to Helpdesk stages, so each company sees and uses only its own stages, while stages left without a company stay shared across every company. This is a bridge module that installs automatically when both Company-Wise Stages and Helpdesk are present, applying the same kanban, dropdown and configuration filtering to Helpdesk stages that the main module brings to CRM and Project stages.

What it does
It adds a Company field to Helpdesk stages. Set a company on a stage and only that company sees it; leave the company blank and the stage stays shared with all companies. The Helpdesk kanban columns, the stage dropdown on tickets and the stage configuration list all filter to the active company plus the shared stages.
Who it's for
Multi-company businesses, franchises and groups that run Helpdesk for several companies in one Odoo database and want each company to manage its own support stages without seeing the others. It installs automatically alongside Company-Wise Stages whenever the Helpdesk app is present.

How do I give each company its own Helpdesk stages in Odoo?
Open Helpdesk Configuration and Stages, edit a stage and set the Company field. That stage then appears only when the chosen company is active. Stages with no company stay shared with every company.
Do I need to install this module separately?
No. This bridge installs automatically when both Company-Wise Stages and the Helpdesk app are present, so the Helpdesk support is added for you.
