Google Sheets Connector for Odoo is a live data bridge that pushes records from any Odoo model into Google Sheets. Authenticate once with a Google service account, point a connector at a spreadsheet, then map a model to a worksheet. Pick the columns from dropdowns, including related and dotted paths such as a customer's country, and choose a format per column (text, number, date, currency or an embedded image). Filter exactly which records go out with a standard Odoo domain, and choose full overwrite or incremental refresh, where incremental updates changed rows by key and appends new ones while leaving the extra columns and formulas you added in the sheet untouched. Run a push manually with one click or on a schedule, and read a per-run sync log that records rows written, failures and duration, with a chatter note and user notification when a scheduled run fails. Two-tier security separates users who run connectors from managers who configure service accounts. The connector runs on Odoo on-premise and Odoo.sh.

How do I export Odoo data to Google Sheets automatically?
Create a connector pointing at your Google Sheet, map an Odoo model to a worksheet, and set the connector to Scheduled. A background job then pushes the latest records to the sheet on the interval you choose, and every run is written to a sync log.
Can I choose which records and fields are sent to the sheet?
Yes. Each mapping picks its columns from dropdowns, including related fields such as a customer's country, and filters the records with a standard Odoo domain, so only the rows and columns you want are pushed.
Will re-syncing overwrite the extra columns I added in the sheet?
Not if you use incremental refresh. Incremental matches rows by a key field, updates changed rows and appends new ones, and leaves any extra columns or formulas you added in the sheet in place. Full overwrite mode is also available when you want a clean rewrite.
How does the connector authenticate with Google?
It uses a Google service account. You upload the service account JSON key in Odoo and share your Google Sheet with the service account email shown on the form. The in-app guide walks you through creating the key in Google Cloud.
Does this work on Odoo Online (SaaS)?
The service account connector runs on Odoo on-premise and Odoo.sh, which allow the required Python libraries. Odoo Online (SaaS) does not allow installing those libraries, so use on-premise or Odoo.sh for this app.
