What it does

You set up your property once, buildings, floors, room types, rooms, amenities and rate plans, then open the channels. The Channex channel manager syncs rates and availability two ways with Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and more, so a booking anywhere closes the room everywhere. A commission-free direct booking portal on your own website takes reservations straight into Odoo. At the desk, a visual tape chart shows every room and stay, with arrivals, departures and drag-to-assign.

Every stay opens a guest folio built on Odoo Sales. Room charges, meal plans, guest services, stay tax and Point of Sale orders all collect on one bill that posts to your accounting, and a POS order can be charged to the room with a Kitchen Order Ticket sent to the kitchen. Housekeeping tracks each turnover, maintenance keeps rooms sellable, events and catering handle your function business, and loyalty and reviews bring guests back. Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR sit on a live dashboard, optional areas switch on or off per property, and it ships ready in 8 languages.
