No. There is no external service, no API key and no per-try-on cost. Everything runs in the shopper's browser, so it behaves the same whether one shopper or a thousand are trying on at the same time, and your running costs do not change.
Where do I get the 3D frame models?
You supply a .glb model for each frame. That is the standard 3D format exported by Blender and most 3D tools, and many eyewear suppliers can provide one. You upload it directly on the product's Virtual Try-On tab, one model per frame.
