It counts the opens and clicks each lead registers on your campaigns and exposes them so your engagement scoring rules can award points automatically. It installs by itself whenever both CRM Booster and Mass Mailing are present, with nothing to configure.

CRM Booster - Email Engagement is the free glue that lets lead scoring react to how prospects engage with your email campaigns.
What it does
The bridge reads the open and click activity that Odoo Mass Mailing already records for each lead and makes it available to CRM Booster's engagement scoring rules. When a lead opens or clicks one of your campaigns, your rules can award points automatically, so an engaged lead climbs from Cold to Warm to Hot on its own. It installs by itself the moment both CRM Booster and Mass Mailing are present, and there is nothing to set up.
