What it does

Maintenance Dashboard gives maintenance teams a live view inside the Maintenance app. Total requests, corrective and preventive counts, distinct equipment and requests this month sit across the top as clickable KPI tiles.

Eight interactive charts show requests over time, requests by stage, type, priority and category and requests by equipment, responsible and maintenance team. Pick any date range and every chart updates together.

Corrective against preventive is the whole story

Those two counts, side by side, are the maintenance function's report card. A high corrective share means you are being called out to failures. A high preventive share means you are getting ahead of them. Watching the ratio move over months tells you whether a maintenance programme is working far better than any absolute number does.

Requests by stage shows where jobs sit unresolved, and distinct equipment answers a question that catches teams out: whether your requests are spread across the plant or concentrated on a handful of machines that should probably be replaced rather than repaired.

How do I track maintenance requests on one screen in Odoo?

Can I compare corrective and preventive maintenance in Odoo?

Yes. KPI tiles split corrective versus preventive request counts, and a chart breaks requests down by type alongside category, equipment, responsible and maintenance team. That makes it easy to see whether your work is reactive or planned and where it concentrates.

Who can view the maintenance dashboard and does it respect access rights?

Every figure is read as the logged in user, so your normal Maintenance access rules apply. Each person sees the requests and equipment they are allowed to, and a manager sees the full workload across teams.

Can I run the Odoo Maintenance dashboard on Community, or does it need Enterprise?

It works on both. Odoo's Maintenance app ships in Community, so the dashboard runs on a standard Community install with no Enterprise subscription. It is maintained for the current major Odoo versions; use the version selector on this page to pick your release.
