What it does

Manufacturing Dashboard gives production a live command center inside the MRP app. Manufacturing orders in progress and done, quantities to produce and produced and late orders sit across the top as clickable KPI tiles.

Nine interactive charts show how production trends over time, MOs by state, your top produced products, planned quantity by product and bill of materials, and orders by the person responsible. Ideal for a shop floor wall screen with auto refresh.

Late orders and the gap between to produce and produced

Quantity to produce against quantity produced is the plan against the reality, and the gap is your schedule slip expressed in units rather than in dates. It is a more honest number than a count of orders, because one large order slipping matters more than three small ones.

Late manufacturing orders is the tile to act on, and top produced products is the one to plan with: it shows where your capacity is genuinely going, which is often not where the production plan assumes. MOs by state shows whether work is stacking up before release or on the floor.

Who it's for

Production managers and planners running MRP in Odoo. It suits discrete manufacturing where orders have a due date somebody is holding you to, and it is most valuable when several orders run concurrently and the question is which one is actually at risk rather than how busy the floor is overall.
