Payroll Dashboard gives HR and finance a live view inside the Payroll app. Net pay, basic pay, payslip count, average net, payslips to validate and paid net sit across the top as clickable KPI tiles. Eight interactive charts show net pay over time, pay by salary structure and department, top earners, payslips by state and a paid rate gauge. Every figure is read as the logged in user, so access rights always apply.

Yes. Every KPI tile and chart segment is clickable and opens the underlying payslips already filtered, so you move from a number straight to the records.

Yes. The whole dashboard is theme aware, so KPIs, charts, tooltips and cards stay readable when Odoo is switched to dark mode.
