POS All-in-One turns the Odoo Point of Sale into a single working screen. Products, the cart, the customer and the payment methods all live together, so a cashier rings up items and takes payment without ever switching screens - tap a payment method, then Validate. Tip, Ship Later and the Invoice toggle are offered inline on the same screen, and any card-terminal payment method automatically hands off to Odoo's standard payment screen so terminals keep working. Refunds happen on one screen too - pick the lines to refund (or Refund all items) and take the refund payment in place. A manager-password gate (kept offline as a salted hash) can lock Discount and Price, Refund, Cancel Order and Open Drawer behind a quick unlock. Configurable Alt-plus-key shortcuts speed up Pay, New order, Orders, product search, Select customer, Open drawer and Lock. A custom idle sleep screen shows a rotating slideshow of your own images with an optional clock, and the whole POS gets a clean CODEerts teal theme - all enabled per Point of Sale, so your other registers are untouched.

POS All-in-One makes the Odoo Point of Sale work the way a busy counter actually works: everything on one screen. The cashier sees the products, the running cart, the customer and the payment methods at the same time, rings up the sale and takes the money without ever changing screens. The result is fewer taps, faster lines and a register that is easier to train someone on.
What it does
The all-in-one screen puts the product grid, the cart, the customer bar and the payment methods together. For cash and other non-terminal methods the cashier taps a method and clicks Validate right there - no separate payment screen. Tip, Ship Later and the Invoice toggle are offered inline on the same screen, and any card-terminal payment method automatically hands the sale to Odoo's standard payment screen so the terminal keeps working exactly as before. Refunds are just as direct: open the order, tap the lines to send back or choose Refund all items, and take the refund payment in place.
A manager-password gate can lock Discount and Price, Refund, Cancel Order and Open Drawer behind a quick unlock; the password is kept only as a salted hash and verified offline at the register, and an unlock applies to the current order so the next order is protected again. Configurable Alt-plus-key shortcuts speed up the common actions and a built-in cheat sheet shows what is set. When the register sits idle, a custom sleep screen runs a rotating slideshow of your own images with an optional clock, and a clean CODEerts teal theme with a slimmer top bar ties it all together. Everything is switched on per Point of Sale, so any other registers keep the standard Odoo look.

How do I take payment without leaving the product screen in Odoo POS?
Turn on the all-in-one screen for your Point of Sale. Products, the cart and the payment methods are shown together, so the cashier adds items, taps a payment method and clicks Validate on the same screen. There is no separate payment screen step for cash and similar methods.
Can I require a manager password for discounts or refunds in Odoo POS?
Yes. You can set a manager password and choose which actions need it - Discount and Price, Refund, Cancel Order and Open Drawer. The password is never stored in clear text, only a salted hash is kept, and it is checked offline at the register so it works even without a connection.
How do I refund an order on one screen in Odoo POS?
Open Orders, select the paid order, then tap the lines to refund or use Refund all items - no number pad needed. The refund payment is then taken in place and the order is finalized without switching to a separate payment screen.
Can I add keyboard shortcuts to the Odoo POS?
Yes. Each action - Pay, New order, Orders, focus product search, Select customer, Open drawer and Lock - has a configurable single key pressed together with Alt. A built-in cheat sheet on the screen lists the active shortcuts, and you can leave any key blank to turn that shortcut off.
Do card payment terminals still work with the all-in-one screen?
Yes. When a Point of Sale has a card-terminal payment method, checkout automatically uses Odoo's standard payment screen for that sale so the terminal send, cancel and status flow works exactly as normal. Inline payment is used for cash and other non-terminal methods.
How do I show my own screensaver images on the Odoo POS when it is idle?
Enable the custom sleep screen and upload your images on the Point of Sale settings. After the inactivity delay you set, the register shows a rotating full-screen slideshow of those images with an optional clock, and any touch or key press returns to the sale instantly.
