What it does

Under repair, and the completion rate gauge
Under repair is work in progress you are holding a customer's property for, which makes it the count with the most impatience attached. The completion rate gauge puts that in context: a high in-progress number is fine if throughput is high, and a warning if it is not.
Technician workload is where the schedule gets fixed, and top repaired products is the one that occasionally changes a purchasing decision rather than a repair one. If the same product dominates the repair queue, the useful conversation is with the supplier.

How do I track repair orders on one screen in Odoo?
Install Repairs Dashboard. It adds a Dashboard as the first item in the Repairs app with live KPIs for repairs by state, plus eight charts for products, customers, technicians and completion rate.
Can I filter the Odoo repair dashboard by date range?
Yes. One-click ranges (Today, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, Last 12 Months or custom) re-query every KPI tile and chart together, so you can review repair volume, technician workload and the completion rate gauge for any period.
Can I run the Odoo Repairs dashboard on Community, or does it need Enterprise?
It works on both. Odoo's Repairs app ships in Community, so the dashboard runs on a standard Community install with no Enterprise subscription. It is maintained for the current major Odoo versions; use the version selector on this page to pick your release.
What does the completion rate gauge add to the state counts?
Context. A high under-repair count is fine if throughput is high and a warning if it is not, and the raw count cannot tell you which. The gauge is what turns work in progress into a question you can answer.
Can top repaired products change a purchasing decision?
Often, yes. If one product dominates the repair queue, the useful conversation is with the supplier rather than with the repair team. That pattern is invisible when repairs are only counted by state.
