Supplier Quotation AI Reader.
The Supplier Quotation AI Reader connects Supplier Quotation Intake to the CODEerts Document Management System and AI Document OCR. Install both and the bridge installs itself. A manager picks an AI Document OCR provider on a supplier quotation channel. PDFs and images received on that channel are then read by that provider, optionally with the requested items as context, and every line lands on the intake with a confidence for the buyer to check. Nothing is sent while AI reading is off on the channel. A Send to Supplier Quotations button on file documents turns a quotation already saved in your document system into an intake. A second click opens the existing intake instead of creating a duplicate. A manager can link a folder to a channel so that every new file saved there becomes an intake, and a failure never blocks the upload itself. Nothing here imports an offer. The intake goes through the same matching, exceptions and buyer review as every other source.

What it does
Scanned and PDF supplier quotations are the ones buyers retype most. With this bridge the AI provider you already use in AI Document OCR reads them on the supplier quotation channel, and quotations already filed in your document system go to intake with one click or from a watched folder.

Does a file in a watched folder import a supplier offer?
No. It creates a supplier quotation intake. A buyer resolves its exceptions and reviews it before anything is imported into the requisition.
Which AI providers can read the quotations?
Any provider configured in AI Document OCR. A manager chooses it on the channel and AI reading must be switched on there.
Who can send a document to Supplier Quotations?
Vendor Sourcing users who can read the document. Linking folders to a channel is a manager setting.
Do I have to install it separately?
No. The bridge is marked auto install, so it appears as soon as Supplier Quotation Intake and AI Document OCR are both installed. It is free.
