Collect contacts with validated phone numbers into reusable mailing lists, or build a new list from any set of contacts in a single click. Create a campaign, pick your lists and an approved marketing WhatsApp template, then send now or schedule it for later. The module automatically drops invalid numbers, duplicates, opted-out contacts and blacklisted numbers before sending, and a STOP reply opts a contact out and blacklists their number for you. Every message is sent through Odoo's official WhatsApp integration and tracked back to its campaign, so a live OWL dashboard shows recurring KPIs, delivery and read rates, a delivery funnel, top campaigns and lists, messages over time and a failure breakdown, all filterable by campaign and date. It is fully multi-company and needs Odoo's WhatsApp integration.

What it does
WhatsApp Marketing adds bulk WhatsApp campaigns to Odoo, built to feel exactly like the Email Marketing and SMS Marketing apps you already know. You keep your audience as contacts with validated phone numbers, group them into reusable mailing lists, and broadcast an approved WhatsApp template to those lists, either right away or on a schedule. Because every message goes out through Odoo's own WhatsApp integration and is tagged back to its campaign, you get real delivery, read and reply tracking instead of guesswork.
Which version you need
This is the Odoo Enterprise edition. It runs on Odoo's own WhatsApp integration, so if you are on Enterprise and already have WhatsApp connected, this is the one: campaigns sit alongside Email and SMS Marketing and reuse the connection you have.
If you are on Odoo Community, Odoo's WhatsApp app is not available to you, and this module has nothing to run on. Use WhatsApp Marketing for Odoo Community instead. It reaches the WhatsApp Business Cloud API through the WhatsApp Business for Community app and adds event-triggered sends on top.
Same price either way. The edition you run decides it, not the feature list.

Marketing and customer-care teams on Odoo Enterprise who already run Email or SMS campaigns and want the identical workflow on a channel people actually open. How do I send a WhatsApp marketing campaign in Odoo?
Create a campaign, choose one or more contact lists and an approved marketing WhatsApp template, then send now or schedule it. The module sends the template to every valid, opted-in recipient through Odoo's WhatsApp integration and tracks the results back on the campaign.
Can I create a mailing list from a group of contacts?
Yes. Select the contacts you want, run the create-list action, and the module builds a new mailing list and adds those contacts to it, taking their phone numbers along. You can also add recipients to an existing campaign from a small wizard.
How does opt-out and STOP handling work?
Each contact has an opt-out flag, and opted-out or blacklisted numbers are skipped automatically before a send. When a recipient replies STOP, the module opts them out and adds their number to the phone blacklist, so they are excluded from every future campaign.
What does the WhatsApp marketing dashboard show?
It shows recurring KPIs such as campaigns, contacts, lists and messages sent, delivery and read rates, a delivery funnel, top campaigns and lists, messages over time and a breakdown of failures. You can filter the whole dashboard by campaign and by date range.
Do I need Odoo's WhatsApp integration for this to work?
Yes. This app builds on Odoo's WhatsApp integration to actually send the messages and receive delivery and read statuses, and it reuses your approved WhatsApp templates. Install and connect that first, then this app adds the marketing campaigns, lists and dashboard on top.
