What the setup involves

- A WhatsApp Business account and a verified sender number.
- Message templates submitted for approval for your transactional messages.
- The connection into Odoo, tying messages to the right events and records.

Notifications, or full two-way?
Decide early whether you only send from Odoo (notifications and campaigns) or also pull replies back in for support. One-way is simpler and covers most needs; two-way is worth it when WhatsApp is a real support channel for you.
